Product Return and Replacement The return and replacement conditions and policies

  • 1. Product Return

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt for return, product must be returned with the original packaging and content without any defects or damage.

    If the original product or packaging you have received is defective or damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • We reserve the right to refuse your return request on the following conditions:

    The return request is submitted over 7 days from the date of receipt.

    The Product is returned with obvious human damage.

    Collision and burning, caused by non-product quality problems; the product quality problems caused by improper installations and failure to follow the instructions and use;

    Product damage caused by irresistible forces such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents;

    Other circumstances as stated in the policy.

  • 3. Product Replacement

    If the original product or packaging you have received is defective or damaged in the transportation, and the certification of the product damage can be provided by the shipment company. you may contact us within 15 days of receipt for replacement.

    If there’s a huge difference between the product you received and its description, you may contact us within 15 days of receipt for replacement.

    If the product doesn’t work without any defects or damage, you may contact us within 15 days of receipt for replacement.

  • We reserve the right to refuse your replacement request on the following conditions:

    The replacement request is submitted over 15 days from the date of receipt.

    The receipt or other documents used to proof your purchase is illegal, forged or altered.

    The Product or the packaging content is returned with obvious human damage.

    The Product returned doesn’t have any quality problem after testing by Aquarobotman.

    The product is not shipped for return within 7 days from the date of confirmation receipt.

    Damage certification can’t be provided by the transportation company when return request is applied for; Other circumstances as stated in the policy.
