If there is no "Nemo_xxx" Wi-Fi, it may because the Nemo battery is dead or not installed, please charge or reinstall. If Nemo_xxx" and "Aquarobotman_xxx" are not available in Wi-Fi, it is probably that the base station battery is dead or there is a problem with the base station. Please retry after charging or contact customer service to replace the base station.

The APP software is debugging and updating now. The latest APP version will be released before April 10, 2019.

The SD card can´t be replaced or taken out. Because Nemo belongs to waterproof product, the SD card is sealed, together with the video and control module, in the waterproof cavity of the Nemo body.

Therefore, SD card can not be taken out to transfer videos and photos like an aerial drone.

Compared with aerial drones, Nemo underwater drone has much higher standards for waterproof and pressure resistance. It is not possible to design the switch button like the aerial drones, so you need to remove the battery manually to cut off the power.

Nemo uses a waterproof and detachable battery, to be real waterproof, a certain matching accuracy between the battery and the battery compartment is required, so there will be occasional stuck. It’s a normal situation and doesn’t affect the usage.
