1. Challenge Organiser & Participating Countries

1.1 NEMO Shooting Challenge is organised by Aquarobotman Co., Ltd.

1.2 Participation in the NEMO Shooting Challenge is open to all countries..

2. Challenge Rules

NEMO Shooting Challenge 2019 will be held from 15th April, 2019 to 20th May, 2019. The challenge is divided into three stages: the Upload Stage will take place from 15th April, 2019 until 14th May, 2019. During this stage, participants who are interested can submit photos or videos shot using a NEMO underwater drone here, to choose a category and submit relevant contact information according to the registration instructions on event’s landing page and then uploading their photos or videos. The Voting Stage will take place from 15th April, 2019 until 15th May, 2019. During this stage, users can visit the official challenge page to vote on the Top 3.

2.1 Challenge Requirements

2.1.1 Photos or Videos submitted for the challenge must be taken by NEMO underwater drone. No external editing software or mobile applications may be used except for the the phone's in-built photo or videos editor.

2.1.2 Photos or Videos submitted for the competition must contain EXIF information, and size of the photo or videos should be less than 512MB. Otherwise the photos and videos will not be accepted.

2.1.3 Each participant is able to upload a maximum of 6 photographs. Photos and videos submitted after the submission deadline (14th May, 2019) or via unofficial means will not be considered in the challenge.

2.1.4 Participants must agree to the NEMO’s Terms & Condition upon submitting their photos or videos in the challenge.

2.1.5 Participants are to check the details of their photos and videos before uploading as photos and videos cannot be altered once uploaded. If a participant is selected for the winners, they will be required to provide proof of purchase of a Nemo underwater drone that was used to shoot the selected photo or videos as well as some personal information in preparation for the final round. All submitted photos and videos will be removed from your account on 16th May, 2019.

2.1.6 There will be no registration fees for the challenge.

2.2 Challenge Categories

Participants can choose to enter a photo into one of the following categories:

(1) Underwater Treasure Hunting (2) Shooting Ocean Creatures (3) looking for the fishes (Fishing) (4) Scuba Diving

2.3 Voting

2.3.1 During the Voting Stage, the photos or videos will be randomly selected from the Top 3 and presented to users to vote on their preference.

2.3.2 The challenge organizers will not collect any fees from voters.

2.3.3 Each user may vote for a photo and videos once per day. Votes will be tallied instantly and cannot be retracted.

3. Challenge Prizes

3.1 Challenge Prizes

1st Prize:

1 participant in each of the 4 categories (total 4 participants) will receive a prize of two Magic Jet underwater scooter.

2nd Prize:

1 participant in each of the 4 categories (total 4 participants) will receive a prize of 50% OFF NEMO Coupon.

3rd Prize:

1 participant in each of the 4 categories (total 4 participants) will receive a prize of one Magic Jet underwater scooter.

3.2 Notes for Prize Winners

3.2.1 Prize winners of the challenge need to pay the prize taxes by themselves in the custom.

3.2.2 Prize winners must provide their contact details, personal information, a copy of their passports, a signed copy of the Terms & Condition as listed at the end of this document, a invoice and all relevant documents necessary for prize collection. Failure to produce any of the above-mentioned documents will be deemed that the winner has given up the right to claim the prize. All information and documents collected by NEMO TEAM is for the sole purpose of the NEMO Photography Competition.
